During BW2, you'll find a lost Xtransciever. The owner will call you about it, if you're playing as the girl, it'll be Tetsu, if it's the boy, it'll be Ruri. You'll eventually find one of the two and return the item to him or her. After a certain amount of calls, they'll request a trade.
